Tomaž Gustinčič is a graduate kinesiologist, currently completing his master’s degree in kinesiology.
He has been working for the past three years at the Rehabilitation Center Rehabo (Divača, Slovenia), helping adults, athletes, children, and the elderly return to everyday and sports activities after the resolution of acute pain. His focus is on teaching proper movement patterns, adapting the body to physical loads, and conducting kinesiological assessments. He places strong emphasis on supporting athletes during the transitional rehabilitation phase before entering return-to-play protocols.
Before his current position, he spent three years working at the football club NK Tabor Sežana (then part of the Slovenian First League), initially providing massage therapy. He later offered rehabilitation support to injured players, served as assistant strength and conditioning coach, and also assumed the role of head strength and conditioning coach.
He continuously upgrades his professional knowledge by attending international courses led by renowned lecturers.
